Requesting a New Control Account

In the WACM Account Governance feature, requesting a new Control Account requires Wasabi Support. Please contact Wasabi Support to request the creation of a new control account.

Inviting an MSP/VAR to Use WACM

As a Governance user, you can invite an MSP/VAR to join WACM. To do so, you must first request a new control account from Wasabi Support. Once this is completed, you can invite the MSP/VAR to the WACM platform by creating a new control account user by following these steps:

1. Click the Control Account tab.

The Control Account that Wasabi Support populated for you is displayed with:

• Account name
• Account email address
• Number of sub-accounts associated with the control account
• Date the control account was created
• Status of the control account

2. Select the control account. The Control Account page is displayed.

3. Click the Users tab.

The Users page is displayed. For example:

4. Click Create.

5. Provide the name, email address, username, and role (select from the drop-down list) for the user.

Tip

Set up the first user as an Admin, so that they may populate their account with other control account users, as appropriate.

6. Click Create.

Once the user is created, you will see the information reflected on the Users page under the Control Account.
