Suspending a Sub-Account
An Admin user can suspend a WACM sub-account.
Note
Once a sub-account is suspended, the account's access to Wasabi Console and all S3 access/secret keys is suspended. Restoration of the sub-account is required in order to reinstate access to the data stored.

On the Sub-Accounts page, click on the sub-account you want to suspend. For example:

Click the Account tab.

Scroll down to the Sub Account Information section. Click on ... and select Suspend Account.

- Click Suspend to confirm.

Note
The Control account will continue to accrue charges for this Sub-Account. The data stored in the account is not affected by the suspension; only access to the data is suspended.
The account status is changed.

Restoring a Sub-Account
An Admin user can restore a suspended sub-account.
Note
When you restore a suspended account, access to the sub-account will be fully restored including access to Wasabi Console and S3 access/secret keys.

On the Sub-Accounts page, click on the sub-account you want to restore (a sub-account with a Suspended status).

Click the Account tab.

Scroll down to the Sub Account Information section. Click on ... and select Restore Account.

- Click Restore to confirm.

- Return to the Sub-Accounts page and confirm the account has been restored. The status should be Paid Account.
Deleting a Sub-Account
IMPORTANT
Once you confirm that you want to delete a sub-account and all of its data, you cannot undo the deletion.

On the Sub-Accounts page, click on the sub-account you want to suspend. For example:

Click the Account tab.

Scroll down to the Sub Account Information section. Click on ... and select Delete Account.

- You are prompted to confirm that you want to delete the sub-account and all of its stored data. If you are sure you want to delete, type DELETE in the text box. Then, click Delete.
